Today we join with others in mourning the murders of innocent people who were living in Israel when Hamas attacked two years ago.
Today we also mourn for the many lives of innocents lost on all sides of the war ever since.
And, today, as both sides step closer to possible peace, we hope. We hope for an end to the war. We hope for the return of the remaining hostages… living and dead. We hope that both sides will commit to communication and acceptance. We hope for the beginning of the end of all the hate.
Our hearts go out to the families of the innocents who have lost their loved ones. May their memories be for a blessing.
